Spring cleaning season is here, and while you’re busy decluttering, reorganizing, deep cleaning, and readying your home for the season ahead, it’s a good idea to streamline your cleaning tasks, too. After all, professional cleaners, pet cleaning experts, and pro organizers all agree: One of the best things you can do to keep your home tidy is to be consistent with your schedule. So, to help you and your household stay on track, we designed these free downloadable chore chart templates that you can print right at home and use over and over again.
We’ve separated these chore lists into daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal tasks to help you track and tackle every to-do, and we included chore charts for every room in the house, too: the living room, bedroom, kitchen, and outdoor spaces. This way, you can keep a running list of what you and the family need to do. And while each of these templates would work well for the whole family, we also created a printable children’s chore chart, too, with fun colors and easy fill-in-the-blank lines for parents to write down each kiddo’s specific weekly chores. Hang them on the fridge, pin them up in the mudroom, or keep them hung up in the garage—wherever you’ll remember them best.

Kitchen Chore Chart
Dirty dishes, coffee spills, and cooking splatters—not to mention things like kids’ crafts around the dinner table—can add up to one very out-of-control space. But cleaning the kitchen doesn’t have to be overwhelming if you stick to your schedule. Use this kitchen chore chart template to remind you of tasks and keep your space in tip-top shape.

Living Room Chore Chart
It doesn’t matter if you live alone, with pets, or with kids—the living room can easily become a dumping ground for clutter. Remotes, coffee table books, dishes, blankets, pillows… It’s easy for the mess to grow! And because it’s the primary common area, it’s important to try and stay on top of the cleaning. This printable chore list will help you keep your family room looking tidy and comfortable for everyone.
03
Bedroom Chore Chart
The bedroom can get messy fast, so it’s always best to have simple maintenance in place every day, like making the bed and putting away clothes. But don’t skip important tasks like cleaning the mattress when the time comes! It’s the easiest way to ensure your bedroom remains the quiet, cozy retreat you deserve.
04
Outdoor Chore Chart
Our home exteriors can easily become forgotten spaces when it comes to cleaning up, but it’s the first thing you (and your neighbors!) see when they approach your home. Make your curb appeal shine and keep your exteriors cared for with these daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal tasks like trimming the hedges and pressure washing the driveway.
