Adriana and Jenny are a mother-daughter duo who have worked as Kristin’s property managers for fifteen years, though they feel more like another mother and sister for Kristin. So Kristin enlisted our help to give these two the five-star home makeover they deserve.

Design Highlights
Kitchen Dreams
Both mother and daughter love to cook, and Jenny had specifically dreamed of an island. We expanded the kitchen into their old dining room so that the two of them could work together with ease.
A New Perspective
We were able to take advantage of the dead space near the front of the house by moving the dining room into it. Now each area flows into one another so naturally that it feels like they were always arranged this way.
Brighten Up My Day
Adriana has asthma, so Kristin wanted to get rid of the dated carpet asap. We swapped the health hazard for light hardwood flooring and took down the dark paneling to create a space that is as bright and inviting as the family.
