Drew’s 60-Second Smash: Joanna Gets a Major Surprise Upgrade

Drew unlocked a makeover she'll never forget.

Drew made another surprise appearance this week at a fan’s house, and let’s just say, she was ready for a smashing good time! When Drew showed up to Joanna’s home, she was excited to tackle a project for Drew’s 60-Second Smash. Sledgehammer in hand, Joanna had 60 seconds to go around the house and find something that needed to be replaced. Ultimately, she decided on her storm door.

Her dogs took a liking to the door frames, so they were scratched from years of wear. The door was also installed backwards, opening outward rather than inward, which posed a security risk. Joanna was eager to get started, and, with a little help from Drew, was able to successfully get that storm door wrecked and ready for replacing. Similarly to Al’s window replacement, Joanna decided to drive the sledgehammer right through the glass. (How many chances do you get to do that in life, after all?)

But in this week’s 60-Second Smash, Drew’s not only working with In N Out Construction to gift her a new storm door from Andersen (complete with a fresh coat of paint and all the fixings)… He’s actually bonding and repainting the other back door that had damage from the pups, too, so they look good as new. Sometimes, all it takes is a little bit of TLC to change everything, and Joanna’s emotional reaction made it all worthwhile.
