National Tree Company Pre-Lit ‘Feel Real’ Artificial Douglas Fir Christmas Tree

National Tree Company 4.5 ft Pre-Lit Downswept Douglas Fir Artificial Christmas Tree offers a compact yet full-bodied holiday display perfect for spaces where a traditional large tree might not fit. Standing 4.5 feet tall with a 38-inch base diameter, this tree mimics real Douglas Fir branches with hundreds of ‘Feel Real’ tips made from crush-resistant polyethylene. The downswept design gives it a natural, authentic silhouette that complements any cozy room during the festive season.

Feature Summary:

• 450 clear lights pre-strung on the tree with a unique feature that keeps the string lit even when individual bulbs go out
• Hinged and pre-attached branches that drop down for quick setup and fold back for easy storage
• Constructed with hypo-allergenic, fire-resistant materials to ensure safety and durability
• Includes a sturdy metal base for stable placement

The pre-lit aspect greatly simplifies the decorating process, as the lights are installed before packaging, reducing setup time and hassle. Customers have highlighted that the light distribution is generous and adds warm ambiance, though a few have noted occasional light bulb issues. The hinged branches require some shaping post-assembly—usually within 45-60 minutes—to expand and separate the branch tips for a fuller appearance, which reviewers find worthwhile for the enhanced realism it creates.

Many users appreciate the tree’s realistic look once lit, with its perfectly balanced size allowing ample room for ornaments and gifts. Customers consider this tree a great value given its durability and the festive atmosphere it brings to their homes season after season. Its construction from high-quality materials with safety features makes it an appealing choice for those who want a worry-free, long-lasting holiday centerpiece.

Overall, the National Tree Company’s Downswept Douglas Fir offers an ideal balance between convenience, aesthetics, and tradition. It’s a straightforward option for anyone seeking a classic artificial tree that doesn’t compromise on appearance or quality, helping create memorable, festive moments year after year.
