The Ultimate Breakfast Smoothie


2 cups water
1 cup frozen blueberries
¼ cup oats
¼ cup walnuts
½ banana
¼ cup chia seeds

Add water, frozen blueberries, oats, walnuts, banana and chia seeds to blender. Put on lid and blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Pour in a tall glass to serve.
