8 cups bite-size square corn or rice cereal
2 cups pretzel sticks
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 1/3 cups confectioners’ sugar
1. In an extra-large bowl, combine the cereal and pretzel sticks. In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave, stirring every 20 seconds, until the chocolate melts. Stir in the vanilla. Pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal mixture; stir quickly to coat.
2. Transfer the cereal mixture to a 2-gallon resealable plastic bag. Add the confectioners’ sugar, seal the bag, and shake to coat. Spread on a large sheet of foil to cool. Store in an airtight container up to 3 days.
